Joel David Stout is currently Head of Production for Yellow Matter Ent. He developed a lifelong passion for visual storytelling at an early age of 8 years old. Decades later, after obtaining his BFA in Cinematography from The Academy of Art University, he hit the ground running on a project capturing the legendary rock and roll frontman Scott Weiland in a 2011 music video. Since then he has worked alongside many talented artists including Lawrence Kasdan (Screenwriter, “Empire Strikes Back"), Bruce Dern (Academy Award Nominated Actor, “Nebraska”), Graham Willoughby (Cinematographer, “Won’t You Be My Neighbor”) and many other projects including music videos, feature films, commercials, new media, documentaries, and television.
